Yea I keep saying that I will update more often but I don’t. I get caught up with the family, with work, with school and I let everything else go. Hell I haven’t even talked to my buddy Stymie in I don’t know how long… God its hard to keep touch with people in this rat race! Well I posted a couple pics and I will update more frequently… or at least I will keep trying.
Everywhere I turn people are sick with this nasty creeping crud going around. Kids all seem to have bronchitis, adults with flu like symptoms and sinus infections. Its kinda creeping me out. My children have had a nasty cough for days and nothing seems to be taking it away, the antibiotics aren’t doing it either. The only thing that seems to help is the cough syrup they get at night so they can sleep.
My son has been upchucking his food because he gets into coughing fits which leads to gag reflex and poof there goes dinner and the medicine! Ugh this is horrible.
Yea I admit I have been sorely lacking in the update area… I had to do some work under the hood on this server and I have been experimenting with different blog software and web services. I’m still torn between textpattern and wordpress.
I’ve been looking into creating my own fonts as well. Found a cool site http://www.yourfonts.com/ I’m all for free software and tools. I would not recommend using them for the signature though, that makes me a little nervous to have a digital copy of my signature floating around somewhere.

Not much happening at the moment. My sister and brother were down from NY for a visit. They headed back to the land of ice and snow around noon today.
Josh made state in diving for his high school!!! WAY TO GO DUDE! Which is the only acceptable excuse for him not coming to visit.
Sent some books with my sister for my Dad to read. Thats only if he can find time between plowing up there! We’ve been hooked on the Camel Club series by David Baldacci. The books are a decent read to get away from the normal technical docs I have to read for work.
The kids are recovering from the visit rather well. I’m actually quite proud of them. I think Trip is finally getting the idea that Aunt Sue lives far away and she can’t stay forever. Sisterwoman would love for Sammy to stay forever as well but aside from busting a tooth (molar) through is doing pretty good. Of course it makes me a little sad to know she wanted Sammy instead of any one else (me) while she is breaking this tooth through. Oh well Sammy you’ll make a great mom some day (in the distant distant distant future!).

I will try and update the site this weekend. Its been a little crazy at work lately and I reconfigured my network at the house. Basically thats all the free time I’ve had. When the pictures go up you’ll see where the rest of my time away from work is spent.
Ummm….. so you can see I just created this blog section. Along with a ton of other things I have going on I guess I will ramble off at the… keyboard here once in a while.
Most of my free time (after everyone is in bed) has been spent writing another web page mantle.cc and uploading some audio files that I recorded. Nothing serious just sharing some ideas with a couple like minded individuals.
